Following an 8 stone weight loss, I know the highs and lows that come alongside a fitness journey. I have developed my style of personal training over the last 6 years in the industry to promote fitness for all and body positivity. Each training session is unique, keeping the body guessing and the changes coming, as well as never getting boring! I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step and I am here to face that challenge with you.
