Get Moving in March event at Nuffield Health

Get ready for spring at our Get Moving in March open event. A whole day packed full of different activities including group exercise classes, bootcamps, on the day challenges, prizes, free mini health checks and more.

This event is free and open to anyone including non-members. There’s no need to register, just bring along photographic ID on the day.

What to expect on the day?

  • Test yourself with a specially created gym floor challenge
  • Take part in our event themed gym classes
  • A free mini Health MOT with one of our onsite experts (please book at reception)
  • Workout in the gym or take a dip in one of our swimming pools
  • Plus a load more to look forward to, including giveaways and on the day offers

**Our Aberdeen, Baltimore Wharf, Barrow, Birmingham Central, Bloomsbury, Bristol, City, Cottingley, Covent Garden, Edinburgh, Edinburgh Omni, Glasgow Central, Glasgow Giffnock, Glasgow West, Guiseley, Harrogate, Leeds, Manchester Printworks, Moorgate, Paddington, Reading, Shipley, Shoreditch, Stockley Park and Wakefield clubs will host events on the 17th of March 2020. For adult-only clubs, guests must be eighteen or over – in all other clubs all guests under 18 should be accompanied by an adult. Nuffield Health reserves the right to refuse access to any individual where deemed necessary. Guest members must bring photographic ID. Facilities vary per club.
