We understand if you’re not ready to come back to the gym just yet. If you’d like to freeze your membership, please complete the form below and a member of the team will process this for you.
Any requests received after 18 July will not take effect until 1 September. Your membership will be frozen until 1 October 2020. You’ll need to visit your local gym to let us know if you’d like the freeze to be extended. The benefit of freezing your membership is that you’ll keep your current monthly price and you won’t have to pay any admin fees when you return to use the gym again. However, if you’d like to cancel your membership instead, you can do so here.
