Commercial contracts

Nuffield Health takes the full commercial risk. Many facilities operate this way without the need to pay a management fee, and in some cases a percentage of excess profit can be re-invested.

Management fee

An agreed monthly management fee is negotiated to cover staffing and other costs for the operation of the facility.

Profit share

A nominal management fee is paid, with any profits generated from the facility shared by both parties. As a charity, any profits generated by Nuffield Health are reinvested to improve our service to you.

Capital package

Nuffield Health’s corporate fitness experts offer a design, build and finance package, which enables development without the need for capital expenditure. This means that, unlike prudential borrowing, funding is off-balance-sheet and has tax benefits for both the company and its employees.
