About
Mr Kenan Dehne is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, who specialises in joint replacement surgery, hip and knee replacement surgery and Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction.
He did his fellowship training in advanced joint arthroplasty at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology.
Mr Dehne is also actively involved in medical research and has published his findings in many prestigious orthopaedic journals, and written chapters for specialist medical books. His research interests include enhanced patient recovery after hip and knee replacement, and his research has been presented in numerous national and international conferences. He is currently involved in writing a medical textbook about fast recovery after joint replacement surgery.
His research interests have led him to develop a close working relationship with Warwick and Aston University. He is a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Aston University in Birmingham, where he pursues his research work on process innovation in healthcare and fast recovery.
He is passionately committed to developing fast
patient’s recovery, which aims to ensure that patients are as healthy as
possible before receiving treatment, ensures they receive the best possible
care during their operation and guarantees they receive the best possible care
while recovering.
