About
Mr Shah is a fully qualified Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon at the Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow since 2012. He also practices at the Nuffield Health hospital. He completed his orthopaedic training from the west of Scotland, and undertook one year of fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery from the prestigious St Paul’s hospital, Vancouver BC. He was also awarded the BOFAS travelling fellowship to work in U.S. He also travelled to Zurich to work with a leading foot and ankle specialist. He has a lot of experience in managing both simple and complex foot and ankle conditions, and routinely performs surgeries at a high volume. He has a special interest in bunion surgery, ankle ligament repair and ankle replacements.
Mr Shah has taken a leading role in developing foot & ankle services at the Golden Jubilee Hospital, and is heavily involved in teaching/training other health professionals.
