About
Dr Clark is a Consultant General Physician with a special interest in both Geriatric and Stroke Medicine. His NHS base is Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust where he also holds the position of Deputy Medical Director.
Having graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine, Dr Clark gained expertise at a number of London hospitals to complete his specialist training in General, Geriatric and Stroke Medicine. He was appointed as a Consultant Geriatrician at King’s College Hospital in 2013, providing holistic care to older adults with general medical problems. In 2016 he took up the role of Stroke Consultant which includes stroke prevention, acute treatment and the management of longer-term symptoms following stroke. In 2020 Dr Clark was successfully appointed as Deputy Medical Director at Oxleas where he continues to provide expert general medical care to older adults. He has treated a large number of patients both within the inpatient setting and in his regular weekly outpatient clinics.
To summarise, Dr Clark has wide ranging experience in all aspects of Geriatric and Stroke Medicine. He is recognised as an astute, dependable and caring professional who will guide you through the most appropriate tests and successful treatment plans
