We offer proactive lifestyle guidance alongside the traditional analysis of your health. We bring together the latest assessment technology, with the expertise of a team of experienced doctors and physiologists, specially trained in the delivery of our Health Assessments and lifestyle coaching.

Nuffield Health is unique in that we are an independent, not-for-profit organisation. We have neither shareholders, nor investors and our surplus is put back into improving infrastructure, completing refurbishments or enhancing the skills of our staff. Our independence from the government and the stock market, allows us to plan for the long term and make rational strategic decisions that benefit the customer.

Our Pricing Promise

Our prices will always be totally transparent and when you are quoted an all-inclusive procedure price it will be inclusive of all costs – with no hidden surprises.*

If you find an alternative private hospital in your local area offering a better price for the same procedure, sold with the same service conditions, we’ll lower our price to equal it.**

Our Follow-up Promise

Our relationship with you doesn’t end when you walk out of one of our hospitals. As a Nuffield Health patient, subject to the clinical needs related to your procedure, there are no time limits on your aftercare.***

* Initial consultation(s), diagnostic scans/tests and investigations required to establish a diagnosis are not part of your procedure price.
** Not including Private Patient Units at NHS hospitals. Local area defined as within 15 miles of your chosen Nuffield Health hospital. We will match against written quotes only. 
*** Where necessary, we promise to assist you to receive any follow up advice, treatment or care that is clinically required. Where a prosthesis is required for your procedure, this is guaranteed for the manufacturer’s expected prosthesis lifetime. Clinically required indicates where further intervention and/or monitoring of your condition is deemed necessary as a direct result of your procedure. The Nuffield Health Promise applies for patients paying for themselves and excludes fertility services.

Recovery Plus 

Recovery Plus embodies Nuffield Health’s complete end-to-end approach to healthcare. It is an optional enhanced recovery programme available to our private patients when appropriate. Recovery Plus provides you with a personal recovery programme including physiotherapy, health check, exercise and diet advice, together with a 3 month membership at a Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gym and your own recovery coach.
