Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Lisa graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

She has worked in both the NHS and Private sector in the UK for over 16 years. Her speciality is in Sport and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy fields and works as an Advanced Level Physiotherapist at Nuffield Health.

She enjoys seeing her clients return to their sports and assist in all levels of rehabilitation from the acute phase to end-stage rehabilitation.

She has post-graduate training in the fields of Acupuncture, Ergonomics and Women’s Health, specifically pregnancy-related conditions.
