Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Teodora graduated from UCL in 2004 and worked across private health care settings including The New Victoria hospital in London, sports injury clinics and in occupational health. During this time, she gained invaluable experience treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries including acute and chronic back pain, whiplash injuries and scoliosis. Teodora has a background in Sports massage and Pilates which she likes to incorporate in her treatment regime, and has a particular interest in spinal rehabilitation and women’s health. Teodora is a trained specialist in The Mummy MOT, a specialist post-natal assessment recommended for all women following delivery – from 6 weeks to many years later - to assess the strength and function of the tummy and pelvic floor muscles to help prevent long-term childbirth related complaints such as incontinence and low back pain.

Teodora has now worked for Nuffield Health for over four years in her current role as a Senior Physiotherapist.  

Teodora says,” I’m passionate about exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. We are responsible for our own health and if we keep active we’ll stay healthy. I enjoy walking, cycling, swimming and playing with my children."

How can I help you improve your health?

Dan graduated in 2021 from Northampton University with an MSc in Physiotherapy. He also holds a BSc in Sport Science, post graduate credits in biomechanics, strength and conditioning and Physiology. As a Physiotherapist, Dan has worked in both the NHS and private sectors and has published academic papers in three journals. Dan has a background in athletic conditioning and has worked with a range of athletes in a strength and conditioning capacity, ranging from world cup gold medalists and paralympian’s to regional level athletes. He has previously worked as a sport therapy clinical educator at Essex University and likes to apply knowledge from structured training programmes to the clinical domain to optimise rehab outcomes. His area of interest is ACL rehabilitation and using a combination of manual and exercise-based therapy for back pain. Dan has also enjoyed a successful rugby career and has played rugby union and rugby league at national and regional level.

Kristof graduated in 2003 in Poland and during his physiotherapy career he has worked within the NHS and private sector and has extensive experience in managing patients with various musculoskeletal problems including the management of scoliosis. Kristof has a particular interest in foot biomechanics and shoulder rehabilitation.

Since graduating from his Master’s degree, Matt has spent the majority of his career progressing though senior roles in some of London’s top NHS teaching hospitals including: the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, University College London Hospital, Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and most recently as spinal team lead at the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust.

Alongside his current role Matt also works as a casual physiotherapist at Tottenham Hotspur F.C academy as well as delivering lectures at the University of Essex and King’s College London.

Matt says, “I try to keep active in my spare time and enjoy running, football and martial arts. I have aspirations to travel the world with my family and explore different cultures. I pride myself in utilising the most up to date research to provide the best, bespoke care for my patients. Claire started her Physio career in the NHS gaining experience in general surgery, orthopaedics, general medicine and musculoskeletal areas. For over 30 years Claire has worked in orthopaedics and neuromusculoskeletal out patients in private practice, gaining extensive experience in spinal, joint, muscle and nerve conditions in the UK and New Zealand.

Having completed the BAHT Level 1, hand therapy is now a special part of Claire's work, treating both surgical and non -surgical patients.
