Why am I no longer seeing my club in mywellness app?

From July 31st, 2019, Nuffield Health members who are users of the Technogym mywellness app will be detached from their club. A brand new app built just for Nuffield Health, “My Wellbeing”, will be available from August 1st, 2019. mywellness users can download the My Wellbeing app, log in with a Nuffield Health account, and import their data from mywellness.

Will mywellness app not work any more?

You can carry on connecting to machines and tracking your exercises in the mywellness app. However, new programmes, challenges, workouts and other content including promotions and special offers will be available only in My Wellbeing.

I am following a programme in mywellness. Will I lose my progress?

No. If you have signed up to a programme, you will not lose this during the detach process.

How do I download and use My Wellbeing?

How to import your data

Activate your Nuffield Health Member Account. This step is only necessary if you don’t already use your account to log into Nuffieldhealth.com and our My Bookings app. Follow the link in the email sent to you on July 30th

Download My Wellbeing from the Apple or Google app stores

Log into My Wellbeing using your Nuffield Health member account details

Go to ‘Settings’ to transfer your activity history to My Wellbeing.
