Hydrotherapy
Our Hydrotherapy pool is an essential facility for those undergoing rehabilitation after surgery.
At a comfortable 34ºC, the water aids relief from pain, swelling and stiffness to enable joint mobilisation during non-weight baring exercise.
Hydrotherapy improves circulation, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, maintenance and restoration.

Antenatal Hydrotherapy
- Thursday 18:00 - 19:00
Independent hydrotherapy is £10 per session (we no longer do blocked bookings discount) + initial assessment fee.
