GP appointments:

• Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
• Saturday: 08:30 - 12:30
• Same-day appointments (sometimes available)
• Available to all ages - those under 18 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• No need to be registered with an NHS GP.

One of the advantages of being based within the hospital is that we can arrange for investigations such as blood tests or x-rays to be done at the time of your GP consultation, or the following day. We can also ensure rapid referral to any one of the wide range of specialists that consult at the hospital.

All patients are welcome, whether registered with us or not.

All it takes is a simple phone call to find out more or book online from our appointments page. We have a team of PA’s available Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00 to assist with any information you may need.

*All new patients for a specialist menopause appointment with Dr Shaw require a minimal 45-minute appointment.
**Depends on which tests are needed - please email for more information on tests. There will be time to discuss other women's health issues, such as contraception.
