Hayley had always been active in her younger years but when she started a family, and then with three beautiful children, her priorities changed, with health and fitness became a lot lower down the list of priorities. She became busy with family life and her body went through many changes, one of which was weight gain.  She became uncomfortable in her own skin and was always covering up with no confidence and worried of what people thought of her. She had to make changes both, physically and mentally but had no idea how so she joined a gym and found a Personal Trainer who helped her change her habits. She fell in love with weights and finally stopped worrying about what others thought.  She embraced the changes and the rest is history.

Hayley became a Personal Trainer as she wants to help you fall in love with yourself again! She has been training for over 5 years and has been qualified for 3 years. She knows that this gym thing is hard, but it's real and it works, we just need to find what works for you.

With over 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry Will has helped people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals. Whether you’re a first time gym goer looking to lose a few pounds for that special occasion or a professional athlete preparing for that big meet, Will has plenty of knowledge at his disposal to help you realise your potential. As well as being a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, Will has a First Class Honours Degree in Physiology and Biochemistry along with other qualifications to back up his advice and guidance.

Reggie Eigbe

How can I help you improve your health?

Reggie has been into sport and fitness his whole life from playing football. rugby and every sport in between at a young age.  He plays basketball at a semi-professional level and is crazy about the sport.  He has a Bachelors Degree in Applied Sports Science and gained his Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training.  It is safe to say that he has an excellent understanding of the human body and what it takes to get to the level you most desire.

Whether its to keep fit, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, tone up and lose weight, improve your cardio fitness, increase power and athletic ability or you just need someone to motivate you.  Reggie can help with any of your gym needs and you can find him here on the website or walking around the gym floor, he is pretty hard to miss just approach him and he can build you a plan to succeed.

Connor Godbold

How can I help you improve your health?

Connor found his passion for health and fitness after completing his first obstacle course race in 2015. Since then he has completed in excess of 40 Tough Mudder Events and became focused on improving his performance. He took this one step further in 2018 by completing the Level 3 Personal Training Qualification.

Now a seasoned Personal Trainer with years of experience and additional qualifications such as movement screening and studio cycle he feels he has a range of skills to help people reach their goals. When training he likes to use functional training techniques to help improve people's fitness in their everyday life as well as their strength and endurance. He enjoys pushing people's limits and helping them to achieve things they never thought they could do and in turn this builds their confidence.

Lee Hobbis

Senior Wellbeing Personal Trainer

How can I help you improve your health?

Lee has been a Personal Trainer for many years and feels he is still growing as a Trainer. He has built a successful running club which happens on a Monday evening. In addition he has become a certified Boxercise Instructor and currently delivers classes.

Sport is his big passion, and he keeps active 5 to 7 times per week with Basketball being his main sport. He enjoys working on a one to one basis with his clients and helping them to reach their health and fitness goals in the gym. Lee enjoys functional training with big movements that transfer to everyday activities. He enjoys the challenge that every client is different in what they need to meet their specific goals.

Dani Stevenson

Dani loves all things about exercise and her lifetime ambition was to become a Personal Trainer.  She joined the team here in Swindon after being a long time member at the club and knows exactly how it feels to be a nervous member in an exercise class or even on the gym floor.

Dani is a people person and spent her previous career meeting and helping people from all walks of life.  Her skill is finding things out that are important to you and translating this into an action plan to get you going, coupled with goals to achieve along the way.  Dani understands how difficult it can be to fit exercise in and around your busy lives and commitments.  She is a huge advocate that exercise not only improves your physical wellness but also your mental wellbeing.

When it comes to exercise Dani is an all-rounder; whether it is for weight loss, shape and tone up or just for general fitness she can help.  Dani is a keen distance runner and has completed the London Marathon, exceeding her own personal best time.  If you have never run before, or struggle to achieve the next distance goal, or are even a seasoned runner needing to change things up a gear or add even add more variety, then Dani can definitely help you to achieve this!
