Located in Stockley Park, our gym is adjacent to Stockley Park Golf Club and Lake Farm Country Park.

Our swimming pool isn't just for lessons - it's an integral part of the Stockley Park Fitness and Wellbeing Gym experience. All our members can enjoy the pool, whether you're training for a swim event or simply looking to unwind after a workout.

Stockley Park is easy to get to, just follow Stockley Road until you get to the Stockley Park Roundabout. Adjacent Stockley Park Golf Club and Lake Farm Country Park provide outdoor spaces to relax in after your workout.

Weekends: 08:00–20:00;
Off-peak hours: 08:00–16:00;
Bank Holiday hours: 08:00–20:00

Pool and Spa facilities close 30 mins prior to closing times and gym floor 15 mins prior
