My background lies in Psychology and throughout my health and wellness journey, I applied my knowledge and gained a further understanding of behavioural changes.

My interests vary greatly and I enjoy anything that challenges the body and mind. I am a Boxercise and Kettlebell Instructor, enjoy hiking and distance running and practice Yoga and Meditation. Health and wellness for me encompass more than just the physical and is an entirely unique process. I work closely with each client, supporting them to develop sustainable habits and achieve the lifestyle that is right for them.

Balance and consistency are key in achieving health and wellness and I am passionate about teaching others through my own education and experiences.

How can I help you improve your health?

I believe that having a good workout routine not only helps you physically but spiritually and mentally. In my spare time I love studying the brain from a neurochemical approach, to understand why we do what we do. This allows me to build compound habits and realistic lifestyle changes that my clients can commit to for long-term success. My passion is callisthenics, by using body weight as resistance, you have no excuse for not working out. It takes practice, but once mastered the results are incredible and long-lasting.

My goal as a personal trainer is to have all my clients incorporate working out into their daily lives, as something fun that they look forward to and not as a chore. Your body is capable of a lot more than you realise.

With over 10 years of experience in fitness, I have helped numerous clients with a variety of different goals. As a PT, I aspire to work with people who are seriously dedicated to becoming the healthiest and fittest versions of themselves, helping them achieve this and making the process fun along the way.

I believe that the gym doesn't necessarily have to be your only source of fitness, but can supplement your wellbeing and help you to explore ways to improve at sports and physical activities also. How can I help you improve your health?

I specialise in pain management/rehabilitation and strengthening, being a level two practitioner in neurokinetic therapy (NKT) and a level one practitioner in integrated kinetic neurology (IKN) I can assess and treat the root cause of pain instead of the symptoms, with the goal of getting the client moving and feeling better both in the gym and outside. I also have qualifications in biomechanics and pre and post-natal allowing me to program specific sessions for the client on the gym floor.

Since the age of 5, I have grown up in a sporting environment, especially football which I still currently play at a very good level. I previously attended the Strachan Football Foundation for a duration of 3 years, allowing me not only the opportunity to improve my own skills within football but also to pursue a career within the fitness industry. As a result of my prior experiences, I personally believe I am well equipped to benefit a range of clients, specifically focusing on introducing them to Plyometric Training, which I have a vast knowledge of. Furthermore, I'll assist my clients by providing a wide variety of training exercises and increasing their accountability when it comes to their fitness regime.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals by enjoying sports and fitness.

I have over 10 years' experience in coaching sports and fitness and am also qualified in boxing pad work training as well as kettlebell training. As well as this, I am currently in the process of completing a nutrition for sport and fitness diploma and a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy Diploma.

I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer and a level 2 British Gymnastics Coach, and am also the COVID-19 Rehabilitation Specialist for our site.
