How can I help you improve your health?

  • Using my MSc degree in Strength and Conditioning and BSc in Sports Science, I will help you to move better, build up and tone your muscles, whilst learning safe exercise techniques.
  • By aiding recovery from injuries through science-backed exercise rehabilitation programmes.
  • Having been recently diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetic, I understand the importance of using exercise to manage your health conditions.

How can I help you improve your health?

Having gained a Sport’s Science degree and 10 years experience in professional rugby including stints at London Irish, Gloucester and England 20s working with elite athletes on a daily basis, my passion is to use my knowledge and experience to help my clients achieve their goals and reach levels of fitness they didn’t realise they were capable of reaching!

My specialties include:

  • Training the body to be functional.

Sport and fitness is my passion and I am highly motivated to coach, help and inspire individuals on their fitness journey by adapting and tailoring specific plans and programmes to their needs.
