Having been in the industry for over 10 years, I have built up the experience of working with all shapes and sizes, confidence levels and insecurities of working out in an everyday gym. 

I am a competitive Crossfitter which is a mixture of strength, cardiovascular, gymnastic and pure functional movements that you would use in everyday life. Within Crossfit, I have seen so many people that have changed shape physically but also more importantly mentally. Learning more about your body and feeling that body confident no matter what stage in your life you are, it's never too late to try something new. 

Also being a rehabilitation specialist trained and sports massage qualified, I have the knowledge and understanding of how the mechanics of our body work, using that alongside Personal training I will be able to help you facilitate your full potential physically and mentally. 

Most important of all... getting fit makes you happy!!! Happy within yourself, and others around you will see it! You will have that extra glow about you. My sessions will always be fun and you will always see me with a smile on my face, and hopefully you will be smiling too....... once the session is done!

I am a kickboxer, weightlifter and ex-powerlifter with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science as well as leading qualifications in performance and nutrition.
