If you are lacking in motivation and in need of some encouragement then look no further. Not only does Becky have almost 20 years experience but she's extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals. She has competed in natural bodybuilding ladies physique over 55kg competitions several times and achieved runner up British Champion which has taught her discipline and what it takes to create the perfect physique.She believes in practicing exactly what she preaches!

I love being able to follow my bliss. Who doesn’t right? Give me dynamic activity - kickboxing, trail running, partner dancing, a feel good fitness class. I’ve always been active. Like most of us, I have had my confidence knocked and health and life lessons. Seven years ago, I entered the gym looking for something, and who knew it was the expertise, accountability, and 100% belief in limitless possibilities? The trainers did. As a result of his previously high pressured job he fully understands the difficulties of trying to maintain a good level of fitness. Hi, my name's Ollie and I'm one of the Personal Trainers at Nuffield Health. I'm really easy to talk to so don’t be shy to ask me about the gym or Nuffield in general.

If you have me as your personal trainer I will make it my top priority to meet your goals and to make you physically and mentally fit and healthy. I got into working out at a young age as well as playing sport for club, county and national level such as football, rugby and cross country because of this I'm always on the move which is why personal training is the perfect job for me.
