For every goal, my role is to design and deliver a personalised programme that is rewarding, efficient and lifestyle changing.

Whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned gym goer, I’m here to help you progress and achieve your goals. Fitness is more than just weight loss, it’s about how you feel and perform. From my time as a personal trainer I’ve learnt we all need different approaches to change. Therefore I take a personalised approach to ensure you’re on the right path for your needs and goals. With my degrees in Nutrition and Exercises Sciences, you will gain evidence-based advice, which is easy to understand and implement into daily life. Equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to accomplish your goals and improve your wellbeing.

  • I use a training method called Functional Patterns which caters specifically to our genetic traits as humans.
  • With this and other training tools I can help you to alleviate all types of physical restriction, distortion and discomfort – such as poor posture, scoliosis, back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder and joint problems.
  • I'll help you build a super resilient body which is less likely to break down.
  • We’ll give you specific steps to improve your core strength and durability and help you eliminate bad habits which contribute to debilitating injuries and pain.
  • I think it is so important to link our physical health to our mental health and can work with you to connect the two.
