How can I help you improve your health?

I am currently studying to become a Strength and Conditioning coach at St. Mary’s University. I am in the final year of my undergraduate course. Already achieving my qualifications as a PT, I am looking to enhance my knowledge to be able to provide the best support and care for my clients taking a holistic approach to training and expanding my efforts not only within the gym but also into lifestyle choices and mental well-being.

Because of my background, I am competent in a variety of areas ranging from, rehabilitation, improving movement patterns, conditioning, body building and fat loss/nutrition. You name it, I can do it!

My sports background includes Rock climbing, Olympic weightlifting, Jiu-jitsu and Golf.

Not only this but I am also more than educated in teaching sprint training and mechanics as well as cycling due to my current studies, whether you are looking to train sport-specific or simply want to lose weight and gain muscle, I’m the man for the job!

My background is a combination of strength and conditioning based approaches and working with patients with medical conditions and older adults. I am a national and international powerlifting athlete and have 10 years of training application experience. My approach is longevity based, and my main focus and interest is injury prevention. I am helping people be stronger, functional and develop corrective movement patterns to building foundations to decrease risk of injury and for older adults, risk of falling. Strength and Conditioning is important for everyone as it promotes longevity and independence to cope with physical demand.
