Josh's passion for fitness originates from using simple exercises partnered with hard work to obtain maximal and realistic results. He started weight training when he was 16 but has now ventured into marathon running, Olympic lifting, and functional fitness as well as the standard weight training to ensure he has a well-rounded lifestyle.

His vast knowledge surrounding health and fitness will help you excel within your workouts which are tailored to your needs and goals, whether that be getting toned, bulking out or preparing for an event. No question is a stupid question regarding your health and fitness so he will be at your disposal to educate and guide you through the process. starting your fitness journey can be very daunting and that's why he is here to put you at ease and help you fall in love with exercise even if that seems impossible right now.

Elisha has a background in Psychology and has spent time in the NHS as a Dietitian Assistant. She has a specialist interest in nutrition and women’s health. She has spent time learning more around female hormones, digestion, stress & sleep and how these factors interact with nutrition & fitness. 


In terms of training, Elisha has helped clients whose goals range from fat loss, toning, muscle gain and increased energy levels. She adapts programmes around her client’s day to day needs including their menstrual cycle, recovery, or menopause symptoms. Whilst doing this, she priorities functional training that allows the individual to feel more confident in their abilities within daily life.


She helps her clients create a sustainable lifestyle. She emphasises the importance of learning how you can incorporate the things you love into your life rather than excluding them. Elisha has helped clients feel more confident and energetic both physically and mentally.

Georgia Gannon

Georgia is one of our Personal Trainers and has also been working as a professional dancer since 2018. From a young age she has had a keen interest in both fitness and performing, but later fell in love with the gym and resistance training during her recovery from a spinal fracture and scoliosis spinal fusion.

The gym has positively changed her quality of life, and she would love to help others to achieve this also. She is very passionate about creating a supportive gym environment and allowing her clients to feel confident every time they walk on the gym floor.

It is her goal to facilitate an enjoyable lifestyle change that will have long term sustainability.

Laura has worked in the industry for over 10 years working with clients to get into the best shape of their lives. Whether it losing those few extra pounds or fitting into that dress/ suit you have always wanted to.

She also works with clients that have injuries helping them through their rehabilitation or losing weight with injuries using her extensive knowledge in the gym and using water based exercises. After her experience with competing in football, swimming and triathlons she can help with training and getting ready for competitions.
