I can guide you with your own fitness journey, as from a young age I struggled with obesity & an unhealthy relationship with food & exercise. This means that I know first-hand the effort it takes to start your fitness journey & what is required to maintain momentum.

Having 15 years of experience in the fitness industry ranging from a fitness instructor, freelance class instructor, sports massage therapist, PT, bodybuilder and now the Fitness Manager of Gosforth Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.

I can help you reach your goals whether that be getting fit, losing weight, gaining weight, getting lean or building muscle.

My goal is to make you the most confident, strong, fit, healthy and happy person in your own skin .and to look in the mirror and love who you see looking back at you!

Hi, my name is Alex, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I began my fitness journey at a young age, causing me to fall in love with the industry and the idea of becoming a personal trainer.

I love helping people like you achieve your goals, whether that is to gain muscle, lose weight, gain weight or to generally help you become the healthiest you.

I also spent three years in and around the boxing industry, performing in multiple bouts at a decent level. So if you’re looking to work on or improve your boxing skills, I can help you do that too.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years and during this time I have developed a great knowledge and understanding of what it takes to provide the best support for all my clients. My main background is martial arts and boxing.

I've been around fitness for over a decade in various forms. Most recently personal training. I have a background in kickboxing and as a result, have a good knowledge of strength and conditioning

I specialise in strength training, muscle building, power training and fat loss. Alongside this, I can take people for boxing sessions to assist in building cardio and learning self-defence.

 I have a lot of enthusiasm and passion to give. I want to provide the best possible support to all my clients, with individual plans and goals, as each person is on their own journey. I aim to have open conversations with all clients about their needs, to enable them to reach their goals in a safe and controlled way.

I am energetic, having competed in flyball for six years with my border collie, attending national competitions and championships across the country. However, my main passion is running, and I have completed the great north run for the last three years. I took up the sport after having my children, but once they grew up, I decided to take it further and pursue my career in fitness.

Together we’ll discuss what you want to gain from your fitness regime and also together we’ll agree on achievable objectives that people who live in the real world can hit.

Hello, my name is Jak. I have been involved in fitness in a professional capacity for a very long time, having played in football academies in the UK and the USA. Alongside football, I have also boxed at an amateur level, and through this I have a great knowledge of recovery exercises to help any injuries.
Through my fitness journey, I have helped people with ADD, ASD and ADHD, which is a massive part of my job that I love.
My client base is both male and female, and I can help with everyday fitness or specific requirements.
