Simon is passionate about fitness and played a variety of sports, most notably rugby, from a young age. Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your physique or both, his positive and knowledgeable approach will undoubtedly motivate you to achieve your best. He will coach you through workouts and programmes that are varied, enjoyable and specific to your short and long-term health and fitness goals. In addition, he can help you to improve your performance and conditioning for a specific sport or event or use his specialist knowledge to improve your health and wellbeing for a variety of medical conditions.

She has been there herself. Azra was stuck in a job she didn't like. No time to move and making poor lifestyle choices. So she found a gym and a personal trainer and loved what she achieved so much that she re-trained to become a PT and now she is looking to help you. She will help you understand that the weights aren't intimidating. They are inspirational. You'll get stronger and fitter faster.

She will help you to create realistic and achievable goals through different training techniques such as functional training and HIIT training while helping you increase your knowledge and understanding of your own exercise needs. If you are looking to improve your lifting technique or gain more confidence in lifting, she is always happy to help.

A footballer in the SWPL with a real passion for health & fitness, Katie offers a personal service that is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be sporting events or general fitness- Katie will provide you with the motivation and support you require to help you achieve your goals. She will make sure you are equipped with the tools and ability to work confidently with the equipment in the gym and give you an individualised exercise programme to keep you on track!

Sacha wants her clients to feel empowered and good about themselves and uses a holistic style  approach for training her clients.. She has a positive approach to fitness and well-being and has directed her interested towards fitness through hormonal change and well being programs for the young at heart. Sacha can create detailed holistic fitness and nutritional plans based around individual lifestyle and fitness and she is particularly caring towards gym shy clients that just need a little extra support to get going on their fitness journey!

A university graduate and with a background in high-level sport, Jed can help in many areas such as improved cardiovascular fitness, increased strength & increased muscle mass, as well as offering nutritional advice. Whatever your goals may be, Jed can help through specific programming including tailored 1-1 sessions, and weekly check-ins to help you remain accountable.

Stuart utilises many different training techniques, including 1-1 boxing training to help you on your journey to healthy and sustainable fat loss. Whether a complete beginner or looking to be pushed further, Stuart can set you on the right path.
