With a previous career as a personal protection officer and a background in martial arts, I will ensure that our road is carefully planned and that our journey is energetic, enjoyable and challenging in a way that will make you stronger in both body and mind.

I am immensely passionate about sharing the knowledge I have acquired over the past several years; through my experience as a personal trainer, my time studying sport and exercise science, and my pursuit of achieving better physical and mental health.

Since my professional football career ended, I have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports & Exercise Science from Edinburgh's Napier University. I have extensive experience of physical training and an in-depth understanding of the requirements of team work, how to assess and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

As an experienced Personal Trainer with scientific knowledge in sports and exercise biomechanics, assessment and conditioning for performance for beginner and elite athletes, I am committed to applying my expertise to improve your fitness level, health and wellbeing.

  • I have trained (and ran the Dublin Marathon with) a marathon runner to take 17 minutes off her time and qualify for the London Marathon! I have trained a triathlete to overcome a serious ankle injury and get back to hitting personal best times and I have trained many brides to be ready for their big day!
