Hello, I’m Carrie! I developed my interest in fitness through playing football from a young age, from which I gained a soccer scholarship to play in America. It was there that I was introduced to gym-based training and developed a great interest to further pursue this type of training. Furthering that interest, I gained my level 3 qualification in Personal Training with the want of spreading that passion and knowledge onto others. My passion is to help people change their lives, both physically and mentally, making people feel happy both inside and out!

My friendly, warm and non-intimidating approach is why my clients love working with me, and helps keep them motivated and improving each and every week. Having competed in high-level amateur boxing and onto professional boxing, I have gained a massive pool of knowledge and experience in competitive sports-related fitness and HIIT training. I also train and compete in strongman competitions which have given me a wealth of strength and conditioning knowledge.

Combining these two areas of expertise I have 20+ years of knowledge that I pass on to my clients, who have gained incredible results in fitness and strength gains, most importantly they gained the confidence and mindset to move mountains. Let me help you move your mountains!

Being a stand up comedian was my second career choice... My passion for wellbeing, physically and mentally is my first choice. Why? Because I learnt from a very early age the power that making someone laugh had and it's never left me.

They say laughter is the best medicine. It triggers healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. It strengthens the immune system, boosts mood and diminishes pain and stress. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back to balance.
