From starting my fitness journey over 25 years ago, first in martial arts and then moving over into the natural bodybuilding lifestyle, I have always strived to improve myself physically and mentally by building my knowledge and constantly looking for ways to overcome obstacles and any challenges I have met in and outside the gym.

Let me help you to overcome any boundaries you have set yourself and find your true potential. Do you want to lose fat, build muscle, and improve your overall performance or just looking to improve your normal day to day functions? Then I can help.

Training with me will be fun, effective and progressive. Throw away any perceived limitations and be amazed at what you can achieve. I can bring multiple years training experience to you! If you want to lose weight, gain strength or just get fitter I can support you. I enjoy combining latest techniques with proven training methods to help my clients achieve the results they want.

I had to get myself in shape so I can relate to people struggling with weight loss and poor body image. For me, training should always be light-hearted and fun. I want to pass on my experience to you, help you reach your goals and change your life without the shouting, guilt and intimidation. Bonus, I speak French.

Your goal is my target. Our program will be specified to this. Weaker areas will become strengths throughout the programme. General fitness, muscle definition and cardiovascular endurance will also be integrated into our training, to ensure maximum efficiency within our sessions. I believe training cannot just affect you physically but mentally to. Knowing that you’re coming here to smash our goals, and coming out as a stronger individual and ready to tackle your day. My sessions will never be easy, they are meant to be challenging, however they are always worth it

Whether your goals are performance related, fat loss or building muscle, I will work closely with you to help you achieve these goals. Many people struggle with consistency, and as your personal trainer I will help you stay accountable with 24/7 support.

Being a beginner in the gym can be daunting and I want to help make you feel confident and comfortable in a new environment. We all started somewhere, the challenge is starting but you will thank yourself in a few months.
