Antonio has a great enthusiasm for sharing his extensive knowledge gained in a whole range of exercises and sports (volley ball, martial arts, radical sports, weight training and a large variety of gym activities; lately taking his workouts to the next level practicing bodyweight and gymnastic strength - calisthenics). He wants to help people enjoy being active, and due to this philosophy, utilises a variety of equipment and exercises to find the best workout for his clients. No matter what your fitness goals are, Antonio is here to help you reduce the risk of injury, to help overcome obstacles and to achieve your personal target.

How can I help you improve your health?

My love for health and fitness started at a young age, which led to me completing a degree in Exercise and Fitness Management, followed by a masters degree in Sports Performance. This platform has given me a wealth of knowledge about the human body and how it functions. I have previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach at several sports clubs, helping both individuals and teams achieve their fitness goals. I aim to combine my scientific background and knowledge to create a personalised programme to help you achieve your goals and make you feel comfortable and happy in your body.

How can I help you improve your health?

Tegan has been in the fitness industry for a while now and she loves taking unique approaches to learning and trying new things. She is passionate about children's fitness, and trying to ensure that we encourage children as much as possible to enjoy exercising from a young age. She is currently studying for her Masters degree in Sports, Nutrition and Exercise and can support with nutrition advice and guidance. Tegan also has a Children's Personal Training Qualification alongside her Exercise Referral Qualification. She is a Women's Artistic Gymnastics Coach, so if at any age you're looking to get that handstand, splits or just more flexibility, don't hesitate to get in touch! Fitness is a marathon not a sprint and every part of the journey can be fun.

Rhys' love for fitness and health started at a young age playing rugby from the age of 6. Rhys has since developed his passion for fitness, graduating from university with a BSc Hons degree in Sport & Exercise Science. This allowed Rhys to gain a wealth of knowledge on the nutritional, anatomical and physiological needs of the body which utilises within his programmes. Using his scientific background, he can build effective programmes tailored to each client's needs to help them achieve their goals and feel their best inside and out.
