How can I help you improve your health?

My aim as a personal trainer is to help you reach your goals, increase confidence and make training enjoyable. I have great passion for helping others achieve their goals and see the benefits of exercise both physical and mental. Having studied sport psychology, I have learned about the potential challenges you may face and the solutions to help you work towards your goals whilst enjoying the process. I have great experience in training clients of all ages and abilities, so whether you are a beginner or someone with experience who is looking for improvements- I can help you!

Hi, I am Phil and I have been a level 3 Personal Trainer for 8 years. 
I have coached 100s of clients to achieve their goals and use my experience to put clients at ease and actively listen to what they require
My clients have achieved fantastic transformations both physically and emotionally over the years through my unique mix of strength and fitness training, aligned with understanding how to structure lifestyle and the modern-day stresses of keeping in shape!
Personally, I have won a silver medal in powerlifting and ran several long-distance races including a marathon
I have also had my own bootcamp, which ran for 8 years and my own online coaching business. 
I believe I can help anyone change their lives through improved fitness!

I have always been interested in sports since a young age. I followed that passion and went on to study exercise, nutrition, and health at university. Since then I have worked as a PT and I love inspiring and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
