Ellie is an amateur multisport athlete and multisport coach. She takes a holistic approach to all training with the understanding that everyone has a different starting point, different goals and different psychology.

This functional and problem solving approach has allowed Ellie to work with a whole range of clients to help them to achieve and exceed their goals. Ellie mainly works with pre and post natal clients, endurance athletes and older populations.

Romy has a varied sporting background and has used physical activity to improve her own health. Romy obtained a football scholarship and studied in the USA and then later returned to Scotland where she became a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning coach. Romy's interest in "S&C" developed from her looking for a healthy pathway to help her recover from an eating disorder. In fact, this interest in strength training led to Romy becoming a powerlifting champion at the Scottish, British and European levels! Anyone working with Romy will learn that you don't need to become as accomplished as Romy to achieve your own personal wellbeing goals.

Max specialises in muscle growth and body re-composition. Max helps his clients feel comfortable in their own skin and recognises that physical activity can have a huge impact on your happiness. As a basketball player, Max understands the demands that sport can make on the body and how training solutions can help develop speed and balance, and prevent reoccurring injury. You don't need to be a sportsperson to train with Max! The same principles can be helpful to anyone.
