About
Mr Saunders was born and educated in Sussex. After Medical School in Birmingham, he undertook his basic surgical training in Bristol. His ENT training was based in London, with time spent in Brighton and then at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and St Mary's Hospital, London. He completed his training with a year's fellowship in otology and skull base surgery at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney under the watchful eye of Professor Paul Fagan.
Mr Saunders was appointed as a Consultant ENT Surgeon in 2005.
His main areas of interest are disorders of the ear and balance system. His current practice is split between Brighton, Worthing and Haywards Heath, including sessions at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital, Brighton and Hurstwood Park Neurosurgical Centre.
Other interests
General and paediatric ENT surgery, otology (ear surgery), balance disorders and dizziness, skull base surgery.
Personal interests
Windsurfing, mountain biking, sailing.
