About
Mr Bissell is an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon. He has special interest in Foot and Ankle surgery and Limb Reconstruction (treating deformity and infections, usually subsequent to trauma). Since coming to Hereford in 2006 he has focused exclusively on those two areas.

Personal interests
