Ashwin has been a qualified surgeon since 1990 and has work in Birmingham, Toronto, Canada and Ontario where he has gained the expertise to become an industry-leading orthopaedic surgeon.
Also working at Leicester Royal Infirmary Mr Kulkarni brings a wealth of skill and knowledge to his clinic at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital.
Special interests
Mr Ashwin Kulkarni has special interests in
hip surgery in both young and elderly patients, these procedures include SuperPath®
Minimally invasive hip replacement, standard hip replacement, hip resurfacing, and hip arthroscopy surgery for impingement syndrome.
Other interests
In addition to this Mr Kulkarni will also see patients for, knee replacement and knee arthroscopy for soft tissue pathology.
