About
Dr Jefferson is a Consultant Radiologist with special interests in Chest Radiology, Uroradiology and Oncological Imaging.
Dr Jefferson studied Medicine in Oxford, qualifying in 1996. She undertook Medical SHO jobs in Bristol, attaining MRCP in 1999 and Radiology Registrar training in Bristol, becoming a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2004.
After completing Radiology training, Dr Jefferson was appointed to the Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust as a Consultant Radiologist.
During her time at the Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust she was the Uroradiology lead and CT lead on the Horton site. Dr Jefferson moved to South Warwickshire Foundation Trust in 2010 where she became the Chest Radiology lead.
Dr Jefferson now works for Medica reporting Ltd where she undertakes a wide range of thoracic, urological, oncological and emergency imaging and is the Prostate Imaging Lead . She has been instrumental in setting standards for reporting of Prostate MRI for Medica to meet NICE guidelines and to conform to the most recent PI-RADS standards.
Dr Jefferson undertakes a wide range of cross-sectional imaging and ultrasound studies at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital.

Chest Radiology, Uroradiology, Prostate MRI, Oncological Imaging and Emergency Imaging.
