About
Dr Laurie Windsor has worked as a consultant from 2014 for Devon Partnership Trust. He has broad experience in adult psychiatry and a particular interest in depression, bipolar affective disorder, anxiety disorders and perinatal mental health.
Dr Windsor studied Medicine at Imperial College London and undertook his specialist psychiatry training at the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, where he worked in various national treatment centres. He gained his membership of the Royal College of Psychiatry in 2010 and subsequently completed his higher training in Devon. Here he gained further experience of drug and alcohol addiction psychiatry and working with a broad range of people in the community.
He is passionate about working with people to ensure they can recover from their mental health difficulties. He feels that it's vital that people feel listened to, and that they feel that they are part of creating a management plan that works for them.
He now works as the Consultant
for the Mother and Baby Unit based in Exeter.

Personal interests
Spending time in the Devon countryside, including rock climbing
and canoeing.
