The method of treatment used will depend on what area of your body is affected and how long you have had tenosynovitis.

  • Anti-inflammatory medications may help decrease swelling and pain
  • Splitting or a brace may provide support and help rest the area
  • Steroid injections to reduce swelling

In severe cases your consultant may recommend surgery.
