Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

I qualified from Manchester University in 1996 and have worked for Nuffield Health for overs 10 years. Previously to working for Nuffield Heath, I was a Physiotherapist for the NHS in Crewe, working on acute orthopaedics and musculoskeletal outpatients.

I have extensive experience and have extended my treatments to include acupuncture and aqua therapy. My particular area of interest is treating patients with spinal conditions and injuries.

We have the Recovery Plus program here at the gym. I work closely with patients referred to me after surgery at Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital. Co-ordinating with the Personal Trainers to help patients recover quickly and effectively.

How can I help you improve your health?

I graduated from Keele University in 2010 with a first class degree in Physiotherapy. I further developed my skills by working between The National Health Service clinics and the football academies at Crewe Alexandra F.C. and West Bromwich Albion F.C. I am now part of the team at the Nuffield Health gym and hospital full time.

My main passion is treating sports related injuries, in particular those affecting the shoulder and the upper limb. I enjoy using a combination of exercise rehabilitation programs and evidence based techniques to help aid an individuals return to their chosen sport/activity.
