Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

Jem has over 8 years of experience working in both the NHS and the private sector. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Hertfordshire University. Upon graduating she completed two years working in the NHS in hospital inpatient settings.

Her passion has always been in musculoskeletal outpatients, where she has been working for the past 6 years. She has a keen interest in running-related injuries, anterior cruciate ligament injuries and sports rehabilitation and enjoys getting patients back doing what they love.

Jem’s interests include running, boxing and strength training in the gym

How can I help you improve your health?

Miles is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated with an MSc from University of Brighton in 2015, and has since gained insight across elective orthopaedic wards and primary care settings within the NHS; private clinics and sports clubs, working with academy players at Charlton Football club.

  He has a background in sports science completing a BSc at Kingston University and has since developed a keen interest in the treatment of sports injuries and particularly lower limb tendon-related problems.

His ethos to rehabilitation is to always empower patients through education so you so develop you’re understanding around a presenting concern, whilst supporting you through your rehab journey back to wellness.

James has vast NHS and private experience and started his career in the Midlands before moving to London in 2014.

James works as a Senior Physiotherapist for Nuffield Health and also has a role with the NHS as an advanced practice physiotherapist in London.

His passion lies in helping his patients reach their goals and providing self-management strategies to help promote a more tolerable pain experience while aiming to provide a shared decision-making approach to patient care.
