Alison Bugg Physiotherapist About

Alison Bugg

How can I help you improve your health?

Having graduated from Salford University I have split my career between professional sport and private practice.

Having initially worked at Manchester City Football Club this exposed me to working in an elite sporting environment, helping players reach their potential and demanding excellence on a daily basis. I have also experienced Rugby League and Union and worked as the Head Physiotherapist for Manchester Storm Ice Hockey Team.

Working in sport involved touring with teams in the UK, European and throughout the world as part of my role. I believe working as part of a team with tight timescales prepares you to work under pressure.

I have spent the last 9 years working in a private practice in Manchester City Centre, with a caseload ranging from professional athletes to weekend sports participants and I believe everyone should be treated with the same level of care and excellence to meet their personal goals and aspirations.
