How can I help you improve your health?

Chris is a physiotherapist who specialises in treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. He qualified in 2005 and got a personal training qualification in 2006, since then has worked in both the NHS and the private sector.

For the past eight years he has worked privately in gyms with a wide variety of patients from your elite sportsman and weekend warrior to those with chronic back pain. He has treated patients clinically and also trained clients on the gym floor and loves mixing his physio and personal training skills to optimize the patient experience.

Having had a total of eight operations and with only the right leg left unscathed, he knows the feeling of being injured and has great understanding of what it’s like to not be able to function in the way we all strive to. With this comes the determination and drive to help others that are in pain get back to full health and vitality.

He has a huge passion for exercise and holistic management and feels that looking at all aspects of your body and lifestyle are the keys to maintaining long term health and happiness.
