The Postnatal Programme
You can attend these programmes after your 6 week check by your GP. A 4 session educational exercise programme designed to give you all the information you need to regain your flat tummy and fitness after pregnancy and birth. Specifically looking at how to regain a flat stomach, importance of posture
and developing your pelvic floor muscles to reduce the incidence of stress incontinence and regain your sexual satisfaction!
1-to1 sessions or in groups of 8
These sessions can be delivered on a 1-to-1 basis or in a small group setting of up to 8 people.
Each postnatal session lasts for 1 hour and incorporates educational components with core stability and postural exercises.
Exercises focus on the use of a gym ball which provide a dynamic surface to challenge and strengthen the muscles which are weakened through pregnancy. The whole programme is designed around giving you the tools to keep motivated to exercise as a way of life!
We will supply you with exercises cards and an information booklet so you can continue your exercises at home or at the gym.

*We will endeavour to get you an emergency appointment as close as possible to your work or home, however unfortunately we can't guarantee this will be at your closest centre but we'll try our best to accommodate you to help relieve your symptoms as fast and conveniently as possible.
