Health Club class timetables

Whether you're a hesitant first-timer or a seasoned class-goer, our range of classes has something for all fitness levels. Each class is run by one of our experienced instructors, and they're all open to everyone.

Your Wellbeing Advisor can help you choose from the following class styles:

    • Muscle toning and endurance classes including body pump, legs, bums & tums and total abs
    • All-over body workouts that combine calorie burning and muscle workouts, including circuits and aqua
    • Calorie-burning workouts like body combat, body attack, step aerobics and cycle classes
    • Sessions to re-energise and relax like yoga and body balance
    • Specialist classes like pilates for strength and prevention/rehabilitation
