For day-case patients, a guest may stay with you throughout the admission process and until you are ready for discharge.

Inpatients who are staying overnight can be accompanied on the day of admission and a guest may stay until you are ready to go to theatre.

Your recovery is of paramount importance and you may find that you are very tired following surgery. If you are an inpatient and wish to receive visits during your stay please arrange this with the nurse in charge. Currently, only 1 visitor may visit for up to 1 hour between the hours of 2pm – 7pm.

We kindly ask that no children under the age of 12 years visit the hospital.

Any exceptional circumstances can be discussed and agreed upon with the nurse in charge on the day of admission.

Car parking

Free car parking is available at the hospital, however this can be limited during peak times. Please ensure you input your vehicle registration on the tablet at reception when you arrive.

Taxis

Should you or your visitors require taxi services, the reception team will be happy to arrange this for you.

Visitor meals

Your visitors are welcome to dine with you and can choose from our daily menu. Orders for dinner should be provided to the ward serving staff by 4pm.

Please note that visitors’ meals are chargeable and these will be added to your room account unless you advise otherwise.
