How can I help you improve your health?

My physio journey began in 2018 when I graduated from Keele University following a BSc in Physiotherapy. I have undertaken extensive post-graduate training in areas including acupuncture, manual therapy, sports taping, kinesiology taping, pitch-side first aid and an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine.

Since graduating as a physio, I have worked in the private sector performing musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have previously worked in professional football at Shrewsbury Town and Port Vale Football Club working with the first team, reserve teams and academy teams as required. I have also previously worked for private companies called Ascenti and Salop Physiotherapy based in Shrewsbury. I am experienced in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal problems including sports injuries/rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation and orthopaedic conditions. I thoroughly enjoy providing people with the tools to return to their everyday activities pain-free.

My other passion is playing football. I currently play semi-professionally for Caernarfon Town FC in the JD Cymru Premier Division and have played for a number of semi-professional clubs within England and Wales. This has led to me gaining a great understanding of the impact of sports injuries on athletes and the importance of physiotherapy.

My Qualifications

  • BSc Physiotherapy
  • MSc Sports & Exercise Medicine

I enjoy treating people using a wide range of tools that I have found beneficial over the years, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, acupuncture and Pilates-based therapy.

Outside of work my passion is playing sports of all kind including netball, running, tennis and Hiking with my very energetic cocker spaniel. Having had a few injuries myself, I fully understand the impact of an injury and the importance to the individual to return back to sport/hobbies, this is something I put into the heart of all of my treatment.
