I truly believe in a holistic approach to fitness, which to me, means setting achievable and realistic goals which we can achieve together.
Each person is an individual, so whether you
have a physical goal (such as achieving your first sit-up) or a weight loss
goal (having lost over 12 stone on my own fitness journey), I will ensure your
program is tailored to your needs, likes and dislikes.

"Working with Helen has changed my entire mindset around the gym environment. I used to be incredibly self-conscious and felt very intimidated; I had very little knowledge on how to keep myself safe, or even really where to start on which machine, and was paranoid everyone would be staring at me. Helen took time to listen to me, to what I wanted to get out of the original 12-week plan, and set goals I believed I could achieve - they were individual to me rather than a generic exercise plan you could give to anyone! She broke down the stigma I had around exercise and fitness, whilst challenging me on excuses I made (but always showing compassion and a caring attitude).
Helen shared her own personal journey which
really made me connect with my own struggles, and I have continued to train
with her for several months now. The goals are harder, but always within my
reach - we're currently working on running 5K for a charity event I have next
month. I've lost inches in several areas of my body, but really noticed an
improvement in my cardio fitness and endurance training - I no longer get out
of breath running around after the kids or walking them to school, I have energy
and my mood has hugely improved. She is always there to both celebrate my
achievements or lend an ear if I'm struggling and we need to adjust our
timeline."
