Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

What is physiotherapy?

How can I help you improve your health?

Laura graduated in 1990 with a BSC in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret Edinburgh. She came up through the NHS acting up as head of orthopaedics, burns and plastics and ITU at stoke Mandeville Hospital.

For the past 15 years Laura has been working with outpatient musculoskeletal and sports injury in private practice before joining Nuffield Health.

Laura has work experience with skiing injuries in Val’d’Isere and was a volunteer physiotherapist at the Paralympics in 2012 and the Commonwealth Games 2014.

She likes to utilise the power of acupuncture in her physio practice and is registered with the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

How can I help you improve your health?

Daniel is a physiotherapist who graduated from St George's, University of London. He has a background in personal training, sports massage therapy and is qualified in Acupuncture. Daniel has worked in Neuro stroke rehab, Orthopaedics pre and post-op surgery and MSK. Daniel is also a member of the HCPC, AACP and CSP.
