At Nuffield Health we know that everyone is different. That's why our Weight Management Programme is 1-2-1, delivered by an expert Physiologist and tailored just for you.

Week 1 - Building the right programme for you

In the first stage we’ll get a picture of your current overall health. Your physiologist will run a range of comprehensive checks, including an analysis of your body fat, blood pressure, cholesterol levels and your aerobic capacity.

In addition, your physiologist will help you to gain a better understanding of whether key lifestyle factors, including sleep, stress and your emotional links to eating, are contributing to weight management issues.

Exercise - Personalised exercise programme and pedometer
Lifestyle - Lifestyle analysis and goal setting

Week 2 - Analysing and understanding your nutritional habits

With the results from your Healthy Weight Assessment and analysing your current eating habits, we’ll create a personalised nutritional plan for you.

Nutrition - Nutritional analysis of your current diet and tailored recipes and meal plans
Exercise - Review the progress of your exercise and activity programme
Lifestyle - Review the progress of your lifestyle changes

Weeks 3 to 38 - Working on your plan and keeping you on track

To keep you motivated, we will be there supporting you all the way with regular 1-2-1 review sessions with your physiologist and group exercise activities to ensure you get the most out of your Weight Management Programme.

Nutrition - Nutritional advice, meal plans and weekly journal
Exercise - Following your exercise programme, group exercise activities
Lifestyle - Lifestyle coaching

Week 39 - Achieving your goals and seeing the results

You’ll be looking and feeling much better and we’ll give you a series of final health checks, including an analysis of your body fat, blood pressure, cholesterol levels and your aerobic capacity, so that you can see for yourself how far you’ve come. We'll also put together a future plan for you.

Nutrition - Tips for long term healthy eating
Exercise - Guidance to optimise your exercise programme
Lifestyle - Recommendations to continue with your lifestyle changes

Our 1-2-1 sessions will give you the support you need to lose weight. What's more, it will give you the tools to manage your weight and keep it off for good.
