Pilates is a fantastic technique for strengthening and balancing all the muscles of the body, to help rehabilitate and prevent injuries as well as improve posture and range of movement.
The BODYBALANCE™ class concentrates on a series of stretches, balances and poses taken from the disciplines of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, all done to music. It's an excellent way to improve flexibility and posture as well as increasing muscle endurance. You will leave feeling relaxed and calm.
A fitness class in the pool where the resistance of the water makes the calorie burning and muscle toning exercises highly effective as well as supporting some of the body weight minimising impact and reducing stress on the joints.
