What is BODYPUMP™?

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class workout from the LES MILLS™ team, founder of BODYATTACK™, BODYBALANCE™, BODYCOMBAT™ and CXWORX™ gym classes.

This popular session will help you transform your body shape using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula, known as THE REP EFFECT™. This is a revolutionary form of resistance training which focuses on low level weights but high repetition volume, helping you burn through calories whilst gaining strength. BODYPUMP™ is not about lifting heavy weights.

BODYPUMP™ is highly effective, working all of your major muscle groups in the one session as you squat, press, lift and curl.

The choreography and accompanying music is regularly updated so that this class remains fresh, exciting and engaging for our members.
