Profile:

Mr Kader specialises in surgery of the knee and sports medicine. 

He completed his knee fellowships in Newcastle and Sydney, Australia with Dr Leo Pinczewski 2004/2005.  Specialist Orthopaedic Registrar Training in Aberdeen, Scotland 1999-2004 and MRI/Spine research fellow, Aberdeen with professor FW Smith 1997-1998.

He is currently:

  • Consultant Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead
  • Director of Clinical Research with (OASIR) collaboration between Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Northumbria University
  • Chairman of the Newcastle/Gateshead Medical Volunteers charity
